Member of a diplomatic or consular post
Members of a diplomatic or consular post do not need permission to work for 90 days out of 180.
(Art. 18, § 1, 1° BBHR 16.05.24)
If the national is a member of a diplomatic or consular post:
The employee is exempt from authorisation to work for a maximum of 90 days out of 180 days (Limosa exemption by right).
