Domestic staff accompanying tourists
In the following case, there is no need to submit an application with Brussels Economy and Employment.
(Art. 18, § 1, 4° DCBR, 16 May 2024)
The domestic staff accompanying tourists on a stay in Belgium will work in Belgium for 90 days at most.
You do not need to ask Brussels Economy and Employment for an authorisation to work (automatic exemption, during 90 days at most, over a period of 180 days).
