Application for a long-term authorisation to work
Highly qualified staff - maximum 90 days
(Art. 20, §1, 1° DBCR, 16 May 2024)
If the duration of the employment is of maximum 90 days (in case of successive and uninterrupted jobs, the previous periods are taken into account to calculate the 90 days), you need to submit the following documents:
This applies if the employee's gross monthly salary exceeds a certain amount.
