Long-term resident in another member state of the European Union
For the non-European residents with a "long-term resident" status in another member state of the European Union, the type of authorisation that needs to be requested depends on the position of the worker and the duration of the employment in Belgium.
The long-term resident in another member state comes to Belgium to work in a bottleneck profession for more than 90 days.
