Inner circle meetings
In the following case, there is no need to submit an application with Brussels Economy and Employment.
(Art. 18, § 1, 1° DCBR, 16 May 2024)
The worker comes to Belgium to take part in inner circle meetings, for at most 20 consecutive calendar days and at most 60 days a year.
These meetings involve strategy discussions, contract negotiations with a client, evaluation interviews, etc.
You do not need to ask Brussels Economy and Employment for an authorisation to work (automatic exemption).
