Application for a short-term authorisation to work
Temporary intra-corporate transfer (ICT) - maximum 90 days
(Art. 25 to 26 DGBCR, 16 May 2024)
If the working period in Belgium is a maximum of 90 days (in the case of successive employment without interruption, previous periods are taken into account in the calculation of the 90 days), submit the following documents:

Please note, if the renewal of an authorisation entails total employment of more than 90 days, you must apply for a single permit.
