Premium for contact occupations and so-called "non-essential" activities

01 July 2021

For almost a month from 27 March, the coronavirus crisis has led to the closure (contact occupationss) or restrictions in the sales procedure (non-essential activities) of many Brussels companies. Under certain conditions they can benefit from new financial aid from the Region.

These premiums are reserved for companies that have achieved a turnover of more than €25,000 in 2019 (except for companies that have only been registered with the ECB since 1 January 2019).  They amount to €1,500 (so-called non-essential activities) or €3,000 (contact occupations) per unit of establishment with a maximum of 5 establishments taken into account.  The premiums are neither modular nor combinable.

The premiums are available from 1 to 28 July.
