Activity report
Each year, temporary employment agencies and other private employment agencies must send an activity report to Brussels Economy and Employment before 30 September, covering the activities of the previous calendar year.
Sending the activity report
From now on, the annual activity report must be submitted using the MyBEE app.
To do this, you need to have a MyBEE account. You do not have an account yet? Watch the tutorial on how to create an account in French or in Dutch.
As soon as your account is created, you can submit your annual activity report directly in the MyBEE app, digitally and securely.

- Order of 30 April 2009 on the monitoring of employment legislation within the mandate of the Brussels-Capital Region and the introduction of administrative fines applicable if these regulations are violated.
