BRUCEFO: second training courses

From mid-September to mid-October, BRUCEFO is launching 5 new free training courses!
The aim ? To optimally inform these budding entrepreneurs about the administrative and technical requirements they have to fulfil before they can market their products.
For who ? Project developers and start-ups of the Brussels agro-food sector.
When ? The 5 training courses will take place in the afternoons, from 1 until 4.30 p.m., between September 17 and October 15.
- 17/09: Basic conditions for the production and sale of food products
- 09/24: Microbiological aspects and shelf life
- 01/10: Labeling and nutritional values
- 08/10: Self-control and HACCP
- 10/15: Allergens and contaminants
Where ? At BRUCEFO’s offices: Boulevard Industriel 200, 1070 Anderlecht
At what price ? it's free for Brussels businesses.
