Single permit application
Researcher with hosting agreement - more than 90 days in Belgium
If the duration of the employment in Belgium exceeds 90 days (in case of successive jobs without any interruption, the previous periods are taken into account to calculate the 90 days):
- Prepare the necessary annexes (.pdf)
- Fill in an application for a single permit via the digital counter "Working in Belgium".

What is the procedure?
The procedure requires a maximum of 60 days between the time the application is declared complete by Brussels Economy and Employment and the issuance of the single permit / the notification of refusal.
