Application for a work permit
Worker seconded in the context of a temporary intra-corporate transfer (ICT), for a maximum of 90 days
(Art. 9.1° of the RD of 09/06/1999)
If the working period in Belgium is a maximum of 90 days (in the case of successive employment without interruption, previous periods are taken into account in the calculation of the 90 days), submit the following documents.
ICT of manager or expert
- Application (in French or in Dutch) for authorisation to employ a worker of foreign nationality for 90 days – ICT of manager or expert (foreign employer)
- Medical certificate (in French or in Dutch) for a worker of foreign nationality, in accordance with Article 14 of the RD of 09/06/1999
- Other documents to be provided
ICT of trainee employee
- Application (in French or in Dutch) for authorisation to employ a worker of foreign nationality for 90 days – ICT of trainee employee (foreign employer)
- Medical certificate (in French or in Dutch) for a worker of foreign nationality, in accordance with Article 14 of the RD of 09/06/1999
- Other documents to be provided
Renewal
Please note, if the renewal of an authorisation entails total employment of more than 90 days, you must apply for a permit via the single procedure - and not a work permit.
