Did you know that since 1 January, the algorithm for calculating the nutri-score has been improved to better inform consumers ?
The nutri-score encourages consumers to choose healthier food options. Created in 2018, the nutri-score is part of the FOOD (Fighting Obesity through Offer &Demand). A programme which aims to promote healthy eating to combat the problem of obesity. Since 1 January 2024, the nutri-score calculation has been reviewed, six years after its launch.
