Intern with a private employer
They are pursuing a course of study leading to a higher education diploma or certificate or they hold a higher education diploma or certificate obtained in the two years preceding the submission of the application. They have come to do a traineeship in Belgium for 6 months, in the same field and the same level of qualification as their diploma / certificate. This internship may be remunerated without it being mandatory.

If the non-EU worker comes to do a traineeship in a company, the type of authorisation to request varies according to the duration of the employment in Belgium.
The trainee will work in the Brussels-Capital Region for more than 90 days and up to six months
