Provision of services (company EEA)
In the following case, there is no need to submit an application with Brussels Economy and Employment.
The worker is employed by a company established in a member state of the European Economic Area. They are coming to Belgium to provide services.
Exemption regardless of the duration of the employment.
You do not need to ask Brussels Economy and Employment for employment authorisation in order to work in Belgium.
Automatic exemption by virtue of art. 2,14 of the royal decree dated 9 June 1999 and art. 6 of the decree of the Brussels Capital Region dated 5 July 2018 modifying the royal decree dated 9 June 1999, with regard to the establishment of a single procedure and a single permit (see section 3, art. 17, § 2)
