If the non-European worker exercises a management position at an airline company or a foreign tourism office with a registered office in Belgium, the type of authorisation depends on the duration of the employment in Belgium.
The documents to be supplied vary based on whether or not the worker is seconded.

The manager will be working in Belgium for more than 90 days. They will be seconded.
