Training at the Belgian office of a multinational
Worker employed at a company in the EEA or national of a member state of the OECD or national of a country with which an international agreement has been concluded
(art. 2,29 and 9,18 Royal Decree 09/06/1999)
The necessity to apply for an authorisation depends on the duration of the employment in Belgium.
The worker comes to Belgium for a training of more than 90 days.

Apply for a single permitThe worker comes to Belgium for a training of maximum 90 days.
Art. 2,29
You do not need to apply for a work permit from Brussels Economy and Employment to work in Belgium.
Exemption by operation of law under Article 2, 29° of the RD of 09/06/1999.
However, you are required to send a completed form to Brussels Economy and Employment (travail.eco@sprb.brussels).
