Training at the Belgian office of a multinational
Worker employed by a company from outside the EEA or non-national of a member state of the OECD
(art. 9.19 royal decree 9 June 1999)
The type of authorisation they need to apply for also depends on the duration of the employment in Belgium.
The worker comes to Belgium for a training of more than 90 days.
Apply for a single permitThe worker comes to Belgium for a training of maximum 90 days.
Apply for a work permit(In case of successive jobs, the previous periods will be taken into account for the calculation of the 90 days. If the 90 days are exceeded, see the procedure for a single permit.)
